Gelato & Sorbetto

What is Gelato and How is it different than Ice Cream you ask….

Well one main difference that your tongue will notice upon your first taste is that gelato has less air incorporated into it during the freezing process. Less air means that it is denser and the flavors are richer. American ice cream generally uses heavy cream, as opposed to the whole milk we use in our gelato, which also means less fat. Gelato has a better flavor and texture; and we make ours right here in-house.
Sorbetto or sorbet is made with fresh fruit and water and is quite tart and delectable – and technically fat-free 🙂

December 2016:

Currently we are not serving Gelato and Sorbetto flavors. Check back soon.
