Fruit Tarts are here for the summer!

Our Fruit Tarts taste even better than they look! We start by baking frangipan, an almond sponge, into a sucrée tart shell, we fill the tart with a vanilla bean pastry cream and carefully place fresh fruit on top. If you were wondering what gives the fruit tarts their shine; wonder no more: we glaze the top of the tarts with an apricot glaze to seal the pastry cream in and because it makes ’em pretty 🙂
